More Reviews of good food at The Japanese Curry Shop

The plating first caught my eye - a quintessential Japanese style, so simple and neat!

The crackling of the chicken was deafening. The chicken was really crispy, juicy and really fried to perfection. The curry sauce was also fragrant and packed with curry flavors. It had some bits of onions and carrots (wished there were more of them!)

Would recommend if you’re craving for good curry rice at affordable prices.

There are so much choices of Japanese food here at Liang Court, but you should give this a try! A Japanese curry shop at the basement food court of Meidi-Ya Supermarket, selling affordable Japanese curry rice that comes with water and miso soup. $10.20

Roast Cheese Pork Cutlet is another hidden dish inside the menu. Roast Cheese Pork Cutlet served sweet red and also horseradish (real kick in spicy) almost like wasabi sauce. One of best Japanese curry shop at liang court is located outside of MEIDI-YA supermarket.

Humble shop, but probably one of the best in Singapore. A pity for the rice though. Where's your fav Tonkatsu Curry?

Always had trouble thinking of Japanese curry as proper curry, but this Rousu Katsu Curry Rice is making me reconsider my bias. I really like the pork!

Plain but the best! Where to find japanese curry at $6.50

Great thick curry sauce that was not spicy yet flavourful. Ebi batter can be less thick in order to not overpower prawn though.

Look at the amount of cheese! Look how thick the cutlet is!

My craving for really delicious Katsu Curry Chicken is settled. Simply crunched in my mouth ! Yes, you will lick the rice off the plate too.
