From the Burpple community

This food truck parked outside Coronation Plaza serves up scrumptious Impossible burgers in Bukit Timah. The Double Classic Set ($25) features their top sellet burger with double patties, cheese and topped with their special sauce, along with a side of fries and coke. Burppler H. Chunwen was impressed by the fully vegetarian burger patties, which "were juicy and fried til the edges were slightly crisp. Tried the patty on its own, tasted EXACTLY like a beef patty without the beefy taste"

This was the first time eating Impossible meat, and I am surprised.

I really felt I was eating a real beef burger.

This burger is good. Can top up to have truffle fries.

Visited on a weekday lunch, no queue. Ordered the Classic ($16) and Happy Days ($20).

The Classic contained an impossible patty, pickles, special sauce and cheese while Happy Days contained an impossible patty, cheese, onion rings and smoky bbq sauce. Patties were juicy and fried til the edges were slightly crisp. Tried the patty on its own, tasted EXACTLY like a beef patty without the beefy taste. I’m impressed! Would have to admit that I prefer Happy Days better though; the onion rings added the texture and sweetness while the smoky bbq sauce added a level of depth to the burger.

The burgers came with a side of fries; upgraded one set to truffle fries (+$3). The truffle taste was really mild, you wouldn’t realise there’s truffle in it so I feel that it isn’t worth upgrading it. Wouldn’t specifically visit here to satisfy my burger cravings but if I’m in the vicinity, I would come back!

Meal set comes with 2 cheeseburger(with fries), 2 cans of coke, 2 servings of onion rings.
Onion rings was really nice and crunchy!!
Cheeseburger was good for a non-meat burger, it does taste like a legit meat burger tbh.
Alittle pricey if there wasn’t BURPLE deals tho, but great for people that are looking for non-meat options !!!

Been here before and was able to use Burpple 1-1 for take away. Wanted to get burgers using the Burpple 1-1 today and they refused saying it’s only for dine-in. This is clearly not the case unless they’ve changed their t&cs without clearly stating so on the deal. The food truck only offers about 2 dine-in tables so most of their business seems to be from take-always.

And now, we end with the starters...and a dessert. As you all already know, @thegoodburgersg onion rings are probably one of the best in town, and you should put a ring on it. That’s how good they are. The Golden Nuggets ($6 nett) are supposedly made outta Tindle fake chicken as well, but they somehow manage to hold up better than the Tindle in the burger. Perhaps it’s due to these nugs being one bite wonders, which results in less time chewing and thus less time for the Tindle to start dissolving into powder. The clown prince of fast food better watch out, cause these nugs are so damn good they might just have his beat.⠀

The reason why The Goodburger ain’t vegan is due to the cheese, and that’s a good thing. Seriously, why go vegan when you can have mozzarella sticks for eight bucks? They are standard issue stuff, but breaded & deep fried mozzarella sticks are a surefire winner no matter what.⠀

And finally, the churros ($6 nett). These are made from potato flour, so they are pretty dense in texture. In fact, these comely churros have a bite like a mochi ball, with a springy stickiness on each bite. It’s coated in an ample dusting of cinnamon sugar for a sweet ending, and a sweet ending we had alright.
