2 veggie + 1 meat @ $4

Chicken wings here are still good as ever, crunchy even when packed with saucey food and really tasty. Curry veggie and sambal long beans are also flavourful and of the right spicy level for me.

Simple caifan food is always the best for the heart, stomach and pocket.

Also, would strongly urge everyone to bring your own container when going out to buy food.

From Tony Cafe
Famed for their deep fried chicken wings.
However, chosen the savoury chicken wings, sliced potato, chinese cabbage & bitter gourd.
Fluffy brown rice.
Wallet friendly prices.

My favourite Cai Png place for weekday lunch when I was working at City Hall area is Tony Cafe in Aldephi! Not a cafe per se, but a economical rice stall. Because I don't eat veg, I don't frequent caifan place because I will always end up with an expensive caifan meal if I want like 3 side dishes. But it is different at Tony cafe. they have different daily specials such as fried chicken wing (Mon/wed/sat), honey chicken wing, meat balls (Tue) and fried pork chop (Thur). My usual caifan order here will be the daily special + braised potatoes + otah! 👍 On days when they sell fried chicken wing, they have the 'chicken rice' option on top of normal plain white rice.

Famous for their deep fried chicken wings.
However, only limited to Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

So had chosen the tender braised pork belly, savoury curry potatoes, braised fried tau kwa and stuffed green chilli. Total $4.

been so excited to try this but always missed the chance everytime i came. so worth the wait. super yummy chicken wings - and this is coming from someone very picky when it comes to chicken wings. truly one of the best chicken wings ever.

Ordered caifan with 2 chicken wings, vegetables, curry gravy and tau kwa to go. Considering that this is at Adelphi, I think it’s quite value for money!

The queue was super long, around 15-20 people ahead of me, but it moved rather quickly and it was my turn in around 10 mins.

This place is known for their fried chicken, which is only served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

But since I went on a Tuesday, I only got the soy sauce chicken wings.

However, the portion was just right for lunch, and the soy sauce chicken wings were marinated in a way that they were slightly sweet, the chicken was tender and chewy. I also enjoyed the rest of the items I ordered.
