Surprisingly good and juicy pork sando, and very value for money! A must try!

New spot in the Dhoby area brings you to Twenty Eight Cafe, serving up good food & good coffee!

We ordered their Eggs Florentine, which comes with huge portobello Shrooms which covers the sourdough, perfectly runny poached eggs, avocados, charred tomato & homemade hollandaise.

The end result was a gorgeously plated hearty breakfast to kick start your weekend! The dish was well-seasoned & every item was cooked perfectly!

Ordering & payment is done through a QR code on the table, which makes a hassle free! It's also free seating, so you get to choose the best spot with natural light, or for that ootd of yours 😉

Thick & fluffy brioche bread well-toasted to crisp outside; topped with spinach well-cooked to soft; with few slices of smoked salmon; opted for sunny side up; mentaiko hollandaise sauce is thick & creamy, rich with mentaiko taste; not salty & not overpowering the dish; worth a try..

Boneless chicken thigh wrapped with ham & cheese; with layer of bread crust & deep fry to crisp; served with lightly salted crispy fries; not oily; with fresh crunchy greens at side to reduce greasiness; good for sharing calories..

To me, the coffee here is very good. I prefer my Cappuccino made with the Nomad blend of Indonesian beans (it is exclusive to this cafe) as it has caramel notes and a mild citrus quality. Chocolate-lovers, you ought to give their Mocha a go.

For those who gravitate towards pastas with a tomato-based sauce, you can try this as the shredded crabmeat is cooked in a tangy marinara sauce.
