$14.80 for a large portion. The stock was pretty tasty but didn’t felt that the quality of the sliced fish was worth the $9.80 for the small portion.

One of the better underrated white bee hoon at the zi char stall in the middle. Tasty soup with fish. No super long queues

The famous ah tan wings (1.80 each)
Very well breaded and fried

I like the dry version at white restaurant, but this wet version was rlly up my alley as well. Prawns had a super crispy skin which can be chewed if you're lazy to peel, and the flesh was v fresh as well. The vermicelli was slightly dry if u eat it by itself, so do have it with the decent Broth. There isnt squid but theres clams tho. Take note they wont ask if you want to remove it, so do say so when u order. The highlight of the dish Gotta be the Eggs, which were super well Fried, brimming with wok hei and somehow incredibly fluffy. A must order due to the eggs.

P. S. Service was insanely fast. There was a little problem with the payment machine and before i finished my payment the dish was alr served

Wow. Soup was decent but the meats were impressive. Pork ribs were the second softest ive had, the cartilage was cooked until it's left with just a smidge of crunch. Ofc the meat was proportionately tender but as with most meats cooked to this tenderness, it can be just a tad dry. The Pigtail was even more stunning tho. Perfectly cooked, it was v flavourful and falls off the bone. The later between the joints were cooked till like a gel as well. Only complaint about this bowl is the pig skin which were q tasteless and doesnt have a nice texture either

A damn good bowl. At first i found it a little pricey but damn it's well justified, both in the generous amount of meat and the quality as well. Chicken chunks(breast meat) was so tender, i had to check to make sure it wasnt thigh. Siobak was top quality as well, very flavourful but maybe ask for it to be served by the Side if u want it crispy. Soup Base was super gao, with a bit of heat and full of spice. I feel if i were to dip my Prata into this i wouldnt have complaints. Kway teow was also springy and smooth. Pig skin had a great texture that soaked up the curry. Only complaint are the taupoks as they were firm and didnt absorb the gravy well. A stellar bowl overall
