This is probably representative of all meals I will have here :( everyday we are eating the same thing! I will prob be slimmer when I return home. Yesterday we had a whole baby lamb roasted for us (served with the head). I only had a tiny bite. Was traumatized by it.
I've found what I believe to be the best bread & butter pudding in Singapore. This one has crisp-edged cubes of brioche and lots of custard; it hits my sweet spot without being overly saccharine. The texture is stodgy but not mushy - a good thing for this particular dish. Finished with strawberries and ice cream, I'm a happy, happy girl.

Red Velvet cake from Cake Spade! It was light and spongy with a strong buttermilk taste. However, frosting was a little too creamy! Overall was still pleasant! ο
