Highly reviewed by @rachelxie that I have to try this lemon tart, and which I did and I really love it! Especially when the tart was accompanied with the lime sorbet (at the background) the sourness of the dessert somehow just balanced.
Interesting way to cook the hor fan. A little on the sweet side for me.
