At Jacksonā€™s Place. Supposedly listed in 2019ā€™s Michelin Guide.
There was no queue. $6 for the regular portion.
The noodle is cooked al dente, nice and crunchy. The wonton is shaped like a ball, sufficient ingredient, tasted ok. The char siew looks good with a good mix of lean & fats, however the meat is just too dry and hard to eat.
Thereā€™s generous amount of lard, nice and fragrant.
Still worth a try.

The clams are plump and fresh. Beehoon is cooked in a flavorful broth. You have an option to garnish the dish with bleary of fork lard!

Both the hummus and bread are freshly made. Itā€™s delicious together. I love it that the hummus is without garlic. You taste just the fragrant chickpeas and olive oil.

A Thai tempura kangkong. Itā€™s tasty with sauce, otherwise it taste rather blend. We had tomyam and it tasted yummy with sauce.

The ingredients are fresh clams, sliced shitake mushrooms and cilantro with just the right spiciness mala sauce.
The texture of the al dente spaghetti adds to the tastiness. The mala is just right, and allows you to enjoy the dish.

This flatbread is light, crispy and tasty. The seasoning of hoisin sauce was just right. The topping of deep fried popiah skin adds a twist to the taste when you bite into it. But messy when it all falls off.

At $15, itā€™s reasonable as you could share the portions with 2.

Both esthetic of the dish and the taste are a lethal combination. Though fried, the chicken is tender on the inside. The ā€œegg yolkā€ is actually bursts of mango purĆ©e held by a gelatin cover.
Itā€™s delicious!

First time seeing this and the taste is simply delightful. The cabbage is soft and totally soaked in the soy milk. The vegetables tasted naturally sweet. Very nice dish.

This dish is not only pretty but delicious. The pork has the right amount of fat, is moist and the sauce is well mixed. Stir fried with the regular pineapple and bell peppers, but here theyā€™ve added some fresh blueberries and melons. Delightful dish not to be missed.

Vegan burger has never tasted this good. Wouldnā€™t have known that itā€™s not made with real beef has it not been explained of the term ā€œimpossibleā€. A lovely moist patty, beef or otherwise.

A generous amount of crabmeat and pine nuts in this chilli crabmeat pasta! A must have.
The portion is large, leave space for the cupcakes!
