Making the most out of the festival! The Strawberry Lime Margarita ๐ one is my favourite from Mezza 9 snowskin collection.
It was even better when the Chef let us eat it in the kitchen hot off the grill ๐ with some salt sprinkled over it. Reminds me of Chinese ็ง่ (roasted meat), crisp and slightly charred on the outside but oh-so-juicy and tender on the inside.
It comes in a really cute packaging and is freshly baked from Taiwan's DTF central kitchen and air flown โ๏ธ over to Singapore. The good thing about these cakes is that it is made without any additives, preservatives or trans fat.
A yummy one. Let's see how long I can sustain it. Psst... Their newest outlet at Raffles City will be opened on 26 September 2015.
Burger ๐ and beer ๐บ pairings with free flow of fries available only on Sundays at Timbre at Gillman. A variety of in-house burger creations from Jucy Lucy (as shown in picture) to Caesar Burger and a range of craft beers and ciders for you to choose from.
The Jucy Lucy is my favourite. It was paired with Brewdog Brixton Porter. The burger comes with a huge chunk of beef ๐ฎ patty stuffed with cheese that oozed out immediately as I cut into it. Topped with crispy bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, fried egg, caramelised onions, truffle oil and aioli. This is not to be missed.
Thank you @burpple and @timbremusic for the tasting. ๐
If you like Caesar salad, you should give their version a try as well.
These are long overdue! Forgot to post them because I went to Phuket. They looked and tasted good.
Made with colouring from beetroot and topped with fresh ๐ strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. A good blend of sour and sweet. More details on cakes by @cakesonline.sg on my blog ๐qiuuing.wordpress.com.
It is an ISO-22000 certified company and offers free doorstop delivery. Also, they don't use alcohol in their cakes. I'm loving the Chocolate Salted Caramel Tart (featured here, $65) and Eggless Blackforest Cake ($58)!
Super love these little babies. Thanks for chasing away Monday blues ๐
