This is the Cookie Butter ($5.50) soft serve, 200ml of speculoos soft serve, sea salt and almond crunch. YUM YUM. For a lighter option, you guys could go for the honeydew sago, which is served with coconut soft serve, really refreshing too!

Hyde & Co's signature Waffles with caramelised bananas, popcorn and a scoop of vanilla icecream - decadence in a mouthful. Perfect way to end a lazy weekend brunch. #cafeculture

A gastronomical experience. The spices used in the adobo was a kick. It tastes like the malay dish, ayam masak merah. The chicken was very soft & tender. Satisfaction!

To. Die. For! A must order side dish if you were to dine in eighteen chefs. The sambal & cheese were generous & they really go well together. One bite is not enough!

The serving was just right. I shared half of my beef rendang achar wrap and beef mac and cheese with a friend. The beef rendang achar wrap is a MUST EAT when you are here. Its soooo SEDAP! The mac and cheese could do with more seasoning though. The had ice tea float with sorbet and surprisingly the one i had, with lemon sorbet tastes good!

Despite the long waiting time due to tr dinner hour, the food was worth the wait though i wish the portion was slightly bigger.

The salted egg yolk pasta was yummy but too much of it tastes very 'jelak'. The crab was unfortunately salty. This will be my first and last try unfortunately. :(

A brilliant red velvet cake. It has the right texture and combination and is oh so delicious! Presentation = A+ too... A wonderful coffee spot with great service. Combine this with their butterscotch latte as well!

Baked tomatoes dices with cheese on their crispy toast. The tomatoes were so juicy and sweet with tinge of sour note. Paired with some rocket salads and creamy runny scrambled eggs. It cant get any better than this! A light yet refreshing dish to your taste buds! Definitely did not disappoint me!

Though known most for their hand-dripped coffee and pancake soufflés, Hoshino does a pretty great job at a simple French Toast with sugar and cream ($9.80). The pieces of French toast are super soft and fluffy, and go really well with the light homemade whipped cream and maple syrup. As Tastemaker Rachel Xie remarks, 'I must say it was love at first bite when I sank my teeth into one of those plush, eggy pillows. Meltingly soft and not too cloying, this is what sweet dreams are made of.'

D.O.C's Reinvented French Toast ($16.50) really stands out with its spiced, marbled sourdough bread with a crisp caramelised crust, fresh fruit salad tossed in a flavour explosion of lime and cardamom-infused syrup, nut crumble, Greek yoghurt and maple syrup. Flavour-wise, it's a refreshing take on the French toast, and if different is what you're looking for, then this is it.
