Not what I expected for brunch, but the Fried Chicken ($24) came w 3 massive pieces of drumlet/wings!!! Meat was so moist that the honey-lemon glazed batter kept sliding off the juicy meat. Loved the light toum (garlic whip/dip) that tasted so good w everything (fries, chicken, pita). Order this to share if you're not a big eater!

When you're craving for a good meat meal, Meatsmith is defo the place to be! This Beef Brisket ($28) was so tender, barbecued w the right caramelised, burnt skin infused with smoky flavour. If your heart could still take it, get the mac and cheese to complete the sinfully good meal

Moist, chewy center and slightly charred crust spread w housemade nut butter and honey drizzled. I'm so happy we have a bakery dedicated to sourdough 😌

I heard it's not authentic pho unless the name of the shop has numbers. Big bowl of hearty Beef Pho ($10) with generous amount of mixed beef parts. My fav was slurping up the rice noodles w the hot beefy, herby broth. Brought back good memories from HCMC, phobulous 👌đŸģ

What a good combo of juicy meat, fluffy buttered brioche buns, melted cheese, pickles, onions and spicy mayo!! Sadly my Baby Heuy ($18) that day was waaaaay too salty, I had to drink 4-5 cups of water to rid the thirst

Went for the classic Margherita ($27) and watched the chefs kneaded, build and fire my pizza from the bar seats. Good charred crust, tangy tomato base and fresh basil leaves. Melted mozzarella gave a hint of creaminess to the overall richness. Old is gold 😌

Slightly aburi mentaiko on thin, sweet slices of hotate w occasional popping of ebi roes, I fell in love on the first taste of TSB's Scallop Mentaiyaki ($14.90) đŸ’¯ also try their kaisen chirashi don that is extremely value for money, slices of fresh, sweet sashimi (7 types!) on warm sushi rice

Gave this a go but was pretty let down by how hastily my Crab Meat Aglio Olio ($16) was put tgt, giving no texture or flavors in this main that could potentially crab walk its way into my heart. Big, honest portion but would I pay $16 to eat this again? No ☚ī¸ī¸

Easy lunch w this bowl of charred Wagyu Beef Don ($16.90) served w onsen egg and warm sushi rice. It tasted quite mediocre, but the staff sure put a homely touch to it. The experienced aunties worked harmoniously in the tiny kitchen, loved how one of them literally held two flame canister to grill my Wagyu bits!

Felt like I was transported back to the 60s; marble + wooden decor and open kitchen, traditional breakfast ($4) made of hot drink, half boiled eggs and house made kaya (intense pandan and coconut flavour), butter and freshly baked toast. I even bought two jars of kaya home! Can't go wrong w this one đŸ’¯

One of those rare restaurants you see aunties pushing dim sum trolleys and shouting what they are serving. A polished interior that made me feel like brunch queen - price also queen price at HKD520 for two (SGD100). Although the dim sum served were much like what we have in sg, the taste, texture varies in many ways. Could remember the distinct taste of well seasoned chives (not finely chopped like in sg) and egg in that crystal chives dumplings, yum

Zhen hai hou hou sek! Costed us HKD108 (SGD20) for the goose leg rice, still glad I went for it coz it was the best kind of Chinese roasted meat I've ever had; juicy, tender meat with thin layer of tasty af goose fat between the meat and crispy skin đŸ’¯ I approve!
