Friday night hot pot, great company, comfort food, and fancy presentation 😍

Fancy, comfortable place for chi-chi hot pot. Beautiful table setting and presentation. Patrons can choose either two or three soup base. We had the Pork Broth, Tomato Soup, and Mala Soup.

Thanks Eleanor for inviting me to this super spectacular hotpot experience!! That bamboo tube contained a flavourless iced herbal tea in the middle which melted under the heat and “refilled” the soup base. Lol... gimmicky but really entertaining. The soups were tasty, pleasant service and pretty good food too! Happy to take my family back for another visit 👍🏻

Such a pretty, seasonal tendon bowl from Tendon Kohaku at Eat at Seven, Suntec City! I’ve never had fried maple (momiji) leaf before, tastes somewhat like seaweed with that batter 😋

Beef brisket maggie mee and deep fried radish cake sticks. There’s nothing healthy in this picture at all! Lol.. but oh so satisfying! TGIF! ❤️

Quite interesting 👍🏻 The top of the bun has a very slight crunch to it, while the bun itself is soft and creamy. The “bubbles” are more jello-like and less chewy compared to regular taro bubbles. I like the Earl Grey flavours in it, both in the bread and the cream, almost like a cream puff 😋 Nice touch with the wafer roll, just a shame it’s no longer crunchy after sitting out on the shelves. Worth a try!
