Mid week pick me up during lunch. I drive past this cafe everyday to work and finally found time to try! Honestly a value-for-menu molten chocolate cake. Sizeable portion for $5.50. Not the $7 mini version at ur usual new and cool hipster eatery. So yea. Worth giving a try. They have a pretty decent grilled salmon on the mains as well. And they have meatloaf for brunch! Still undecided if i want to try that. :/

The ice shavings in the bingsu here resemble fresh snow, or as others may say, dessicated coconut. I love this classic Korean rendition, topped with fine roasted rice cereal powder, sliced almonds and chewy mochi. It's more pricey, but definitely more delicious than the version at Cafe Insadong.

Finely shaved ice topped with purple sweet potato mash, sweetened red beans, crunchy almond flakes, chewy red bean chapssaltteok (Korean mochi), a scoop of vanilla ice cream & 3 slices of dehydrated red dates. Liberally drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. An icy treat on a hot, sunny day.

Delightfully crumbly, like the baby boy of a croissant and cookie. The earl grey flavour was, unlike its matcha counterpart, dramatically strong and fragrant, like a Chanel No.5 for urbanite tea leaves. 3.7/5

Saw a few versions of it on Instagram and question about it's consistency. To our surprise this time, our waffles were stuffed with taro paste in it and still slightly crisp on the surface. 5 ice cream flavours to pick from but vanilla still the best option for flavoured waffle. Other than e violet yam sauce that looks artificial, all is good. Legit 👌

$18 for substantial chunks of lobster meat. Kind of feeling in between for this. Bigger chunks than platypus lobster shack but definately lacking in the variety department. In the mood for lobster roll? Why not pay a little more for much more at cajun kings. Thats where i'd go (:

Fancy off the menu entree. I really hope they decide to include this! I love how the chef used pistachio to change up the texture of the foie gras. So simple!

The red velvet filling oozes out readily when you bite into it. Taste chocolatey with a slight touch of cheese. Still prefer their cheese baguette out of all their flavours!
