The Risotto rice absorbs delectable flavours from the semi sun-dried tomatoes, hojimeishi mushrooms and the smoked duck breast. I guess this could be an autumnal dish, though it felt like winter today, this was really comforting to me.
Enuff said. The chocolate sauce, the aromatic chocolate cake and that vanilla ice cream, and a hot day = awesomely perfect. Though I'm not a choc lover, this went straight into my list of fav dessert now. Too good to be true, too good to be true.
One of the more promising new cafe that serves food with a twist - shoyu latte, shio koji prawn linguine. It's not easy to implement a couple of flavors into a dish but they did it so yup. I can't describe it so you can only go down to try it for yourself
This is a lot bigger than most lava cakes I have come across. The molten chocolate within does not disappoint either - it flows like one of our famous Singapore flash floods 😝 With pink sea salt flakes incorporated into it, you get a interesting, nuanced flavour experience that plays tricks on your tastebuds, peekaboo-ing between sweet and salty. It's perfect partner in crime was a big scoop of vanilla gelato.
Hands down the most crispy waffles with a tinge of saltiness. The salted caramel sauce and bacon complemented each other with sweet & salty, making it easy to down the waffles in just minutes! Yay to Tuesdays Waffles.
I stopped reading when I saw PB&J & immediately ordered it without much thought. It is definitely the best of all the dishes ordered! The sour raspberry jam complemented the salty peanut butter stuffed toast so well! I couldn't resist taking another bite.
Have been wanting to try this for a long time and finally got to try it! I love it! Love the creamy salted egg sauce with whiffs of curry leaves! Really fragrant and delicious. The only negative is that the crab could be crispier but I guess the sauce made up for it?
