Really like fajitas cos you have the chance to DIY your meal. The beef was served on a hot plate which was sizzling on arrival. Tender and cooked to medium-rare. Overall fun and nice meal to have, but not something that will draw me back. ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ

First time having Grain Traders, but I must admit I'm disappointed. The pulled pork was rather dry and portions were really small. The barley grains were cooked well but didn't seem seasoned well enough (just reminded me of eating barley grains from homemade barley drinks). The veggies sides felt and tasted like the local Achar dish (not sure if that was intended haha but not complaining). Overall, I didn't enjoy the meal but it's not like it was bad. Maybe I was just expecting more? ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ

Keisuke's Tori King concept is a great alternative to their Tonkotsu King concept. It's amazing how they're able to prepare such a rich chicken broth that is full of flavour and shiok-ness, but not too rich that it becomes gelat (unlike how tonkotsu broth might be). In addition, the chicken is cooked to perfection with the meat falling off the bone easily. Definitely one of the best ramens in Singapore, and definitely the best chicken broth ramen in Singapore! ๐

The food was decent, portions good for sharing, reasonably priced, not too oily/salty, etc etc. Good place for a large group meal.
Place might get crowded, and the staff tends to force guests to share tables with other guests if the group size is not large enough to fill up the tables. I think the problem is the restaurant has more large round tables than smaller tables, hence the limited choice of seating. Not an issue of you're comfortable sharing tables with strangers ๐๐ป

This is my favourite roasted meat stall in Singapore! The meats are all roasted to perfection and well-marinated. This is definitely my go to place for roasted meats! ๐
What's also worth highlighting is how they've managed to keep the prices so affordable after all these years and at such a prime coffee shop location. Despite the long queues, the owners have not taken advantage to increase prices (unlike some other roasted meat stall @ old airport road). IMHO, this is truly admirable as they've definitely thought about their customers & the residents (mainly old folks) living in the vicinity. Kudos to them for their thoughtfulness! ๐๐ป ๐๐ป ๐๐ป

Not your typical local Shao Rou recipe, not sure if this is Malaysian style either. It does remind me of the Western style of preparing such a crispy pork belly, like German pork knuckle etc. The meat is well-marinated and obviously well-roasted (the skin is really crispy AF!). Definitely no complaints on the meat ๐
The rice, however, is abit too flavourful for me (quite gelat when paired with the meat). IMO, roasted meat stalls like this should just make plain & simple steamed white rice. Since the accompanying meat dishes are already robust, fatty/oily & flavourful, the rice should just be normal steamed rice to balance it all out.
