The Omakase dinner priced at SGD 80++ is one of the most affordable 9-course meal, offering premium A4 Ohmi wagyu beef and several tasting portions of their Ala Carte menu.
The Ohmi Wagyu served medium rare, is truly a steal (!), impressing with melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. If you adore garlics, the garlic chips on the side are addictive enough while leaving a slight garlicky taste on the palate πŸ˜‚.

Osaka Kitchen actually serves up pretty good teppanyaki and reasonably priced dishes. Sit by the bar counter if you want to catch the spectacular flames from the teppanyaki πŸ˜†.

Office workers in the Chinatown area β€” rejoice! Kin Cow, a casual Thai restaurant specialising in beef noodles, has just opened its doors on the third floor of Chinatown Point. On rainy days, come by with colleagues for a comforting bowl of hot soupy noodles. There are six bowls to choose from, each serving a different cut of beef. We recommend the Brisket Bowl ($10.90) with soup and Thai thin rice noodles β€” the most affordable of the lot and the tastiest! Expect tender chunks of double-braised brisket bobbing in a bowl of piping hot, flavourful broth, served with a generous portion of blanched kang kong. For those who prefer thinner cuts of meats, opt for the Ribeye Bowl ($17.90) β€” equally well-cooked beef slices soaking in the same flavourful broth. For even more variety, add on the collagen-rich Beef Tendon ($3). There is an option to change the type of noodles, as well as to have the noodles dry.
Avg Price: $15 per person

Said no one ever. Well, until they try this Ten Don (S$13.90++) anyway. I was amazed at how tender and moist the chicken was! This bowl of crispy fried goodness was truly a satisfying meal. And at this price, I'm not surprised there's a queue... πŸ˜‹πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Š #dinner #yummy #burpple #feedfeed #sgfood

This place was used to be called Five by Five but its being taken over by Nook & Canny! Mac & Cheese was a πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ» ($14.50) but the Chicken Bleu ($15.50) was really good & the serving was rather generous! Their Sweet Potato Fries was πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» ($8.50)

With a side of smoked paprika hash (flaky, retaining a good bite, almost similar to the texture of flaked smoked fish meat) and heirloom tomatoes. First of all, can we talk about how AMAZING the supply of produce is?? The tomatoes leaned savoury, so the touch of salt and pepper was all that was needed to do them justice. The creamy scramble borrowed pepperiness from the spring onions and the sourdough toast was the perfect base on which everything sat. The calming interior of the cafΓ© and open kitchen, as well as friendly service made this THE best brunch i've had in singapore in a very, VERY long while.

ultimate wagyu don ($85) β€’ a bowl full of foie gras, uni, wagyu, truffle and just look at that wobbbbly egg. everything i love when having a meal, H-E-A-V-E-N-L-Y πŸ˜‡

This is way beyond the usual squid ink variety. Even the crunchy-skinned deepfried chicken fillet and onsen egg were overshadowed by those unusually delicious, garlicky black grains streaked with mentaiko mayo.

Liked that the salsa gives a zesty touch to the overall aspect, which harmonized quite well with the fried sea bream fillet & its chipotle mayonnaise. Also enjoyed the generous portion of curly fries, exceptionally crispy and well-seasoned. Though slightly pricey, it’s still an all around awesome meal I’d crave anytime of the day. Would wish to try a Cajun shrimp version of this. Have a fabulous weekend!

Filled with chunks of slipper lobster, mentai mayo, cheese and tobiko on toasted bread, it's definitely satisfying to sink your teeth into this combination! But I find the meat less firm as compared to Boston lobster.
Fries tossed in truffle oil is surprisingly fragrant, made better with its sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top.
As much as their lobster sandwich is good, their service leave much to be desired. They have forgotten baby's lobster sandwich despite us checking with them twice. After a long wait (with me almost finishing my food), his lobster sandwich was served, but his fries was served cold. :(

The beef rendang bowl is shockingly delicious! My fave of all their rice bowls actually, cause the rich flavourful rendang helped to neutralise the intense pickles. The Miso Eggplant on the other hand, though not too bad, didn't help to balance the sourish pickles, resulting in a slightly too tangy bowl.

Fat Cow and their Donburi needs no introduction; a go-to spot when you ask anyone "Where's the best Gyudon in town?". Part of the set lunch menu, this comes complete with starters, the Don and dessert. The Don comes with charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef steak at your preferred doneness (we went for medium-rare) with egg, truffle shoyu sauce and yakiniku sauce. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and it was generous in portion with smoky flavour with a whiff of truffle, flanked with a runny egg that burst with a poke of the chopstick which can be mixed into the rice bowl. Rice was well-flavoured with sauce of a savoury flavour and light truffle aroma. Indeed one of the better dons I have had, and one that is definitely worth every single cent being paid and a must try for both Japanese Dons and steak lovers.
