This is just another pretty cafe with disappointing food. went there with almost no expectations & yet came out STILL being disappointed. the crabby claw aglio olio i had was so so salty & it basically tasted like salted pasta with chunks of crab meat...... THANKFULLY, his forest mushroom with striploin beef pasta (cooked in rosé sauce) was really good. flavours were there, tangy & savory (perfect combi).

HOLD UP, the mochi donut was served warm & it was super crispy. Had the choice between cookie butter and brown sugar soft serve. Cookie butter soft serve was light&&&&& creamy. You basically can taste every component of the soft serve. First comes a light cookie butter taste followed by the milky taste of it. Y’all should all try it!!!

Poutine was really really good. The light cheesy taste compliments the brown sauce soooo well. The runny egg yolk elevates the tomato sauce when eaten with bread

Personally not a fan of hollandaise sauce. pulled pork was okkkkk, nice but nth special. The centre of the bread turns soggy after awhile hmm

comes with 2 scoop of ice cream (i chose original coconut + thai milk tea) and 3 toppings. i love red ruby and u know how some red ruby r mushy on the outside and not crunchy on the inside, THIS IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT MAN it was gud. coconut flesh from of the husk is pre cut for easier consumption wuuhuu

ordered this bomchicka wow wow burger ($10.90 a la carte) & topped up $5.50 for a premium side - curry beef fries - ($3.5 for a regular side) and a soft drink. this burger consists of karaage chicken, sriracha honey, wafu slaw, daikon pickles, fried egg, cheese and TRUFFLE MAYO. i am a huge major loser for ANYTHING truffle 😭 chicken was THICK and very very very crispy. the truffle mayo elevates the burger onto a whole new level & daikon pickles and wafu slaw ensures the burger wasn’t heavy in general. curry beef fries was unique but doesn’t WOWW me like how the burger did. definitely shld try!!!

Overall experience was underwhelming especially when ramen burger sounds soooo interesting :’) Ordered the BBQ Bacon Bleu ramen burger ($12.20) and made it a meal ($3.50, $2.80 for students) for fries and soda. Ramen was a lil hard and tasted quite “floury”. Ordered their onion rings ($6.90) and it was the mvp of the entire meal HAHA. Nth can go wrong with battered onions & serving was HUGE.

Ok this place was pretty inaccessible but the food was legit worth it. Had the Australian 100 days Grain- Fed Striploin Steak (250gm) ($22 +2 for truffle fries). It came with fries (+$2 for truffle fries), a salad (sauce was meh), caramelised onions and brown sauce. The outer layer has this nice crisp while the meat was soOoOoOooO juicy and well seasoned :’). ESPECIALLY WHEN I ATE IT WITH THE FATS oh man, crying internally cus i miss it so much while typing this. Had it with their beer on tap ($11 I THINK i can’t remember). He had Angus Flank Steak “served Medium Rare” ($22) with bottled beer but overall i still prefer mine. can’t wait to head back for their pasta n maybe even more steak wuuhuuuu

The Golden Toast + Taro Kaya ($4.20) is literally crispy on the outside and HEAVENLY SOFT N FLUFFY on the inside. It is served warm so it warms my soul bringing comfort oh man :’))))) oh n their ice cream ($2.50 per scoop) be it coconut or thai green tea, never fail me

We had the Original Poke Shaker ($17) and Umami Omega ($17). Ever had the feeling of not wanted to finish your food so it can last a little longer? oh man :’) my fav part of the dish is basically the crispy kale chips with addictive lime avocado (i’m such a sucker or avocado 😭) AND THE SALMON ohhh god. It was our first time trying buffalo wings ($14) and we didn’t expect it to be THAT sour. Is it meant to be like that? oh man it was a cultural shock but overall experience was GREAT & will definitely head back to try more stuff.
