HANDS DOWN THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN CUTLET EVER OMG. Please don’t leave Ruifeng Night Market or Kaohsiung without trying this! They pride themselves for chicken cutlets as thick as steak and I totally get it. It’s damn thick! Even so, it was superbly tender, juicy, well seasoned with a really really good crispy batter. Heck, it even remained crispy and juicy long after leaving the fryer. We loved the original version (they have various levels of spice too) and went back several times just to get it!

(70ntd) THE CHICKEN HERE IS SO DARN THICK AND JUICY! And batter was crisp for a long time without that fatty greasy feel. Got the 微辣 which is the least spicy of all but the heat was still a bit too much lolllll, so thank goodness we got their red tea latte too for an additional 40ntd. Will defo be back again to go for the non-spicy one!

這裡的雞排不只外層酥脆，但比其它檔的雞排大很多，裡面的肉還熱騰騰的，也很嫩和多汁，真的很讚！

Exclusive to Kaohsiung with only 3 outlets in the city, this is one fried chicken that you've got to try here. Priced at NTD 70, you can opt for the original or spicy (with 4 levels of spiciness) flavour which I strongly recommend you get the former. Famous for serving juicy slabs of chicken that's thicker than a beef steak, this got us going gaga over it so many times over. One last hurray before our flight back home.
