Housing three exciting culinary theatres including a charcuterie and cheese room, wood-fired oven and an open charcoal-grill kitchen, this will become your go-to spot for European dining in a vibrant venue. Located in Intercontinental Singapore, this restaurant serves up premium cuts of Striploin ($48) grilled to perfection over a charcoal-grill.
We came here to celebrate Christmas 2019 🎄
Dinner started with a complimentary bread basket, served with two kinds of butter. Our favourite was definitely the flavoured (herb-y) butter.
#onthetable we ordered Iberico Pork Chop (S$39.00) which had the right fat to meat ratio. Seafood linguine (S$34.00), a little underwhelming imo, and a bowl of mixed mushroom (S$10.00). 🍄 The mushrooms were sautéed to perfection and have a very fragrant butter smell.
Ended the night with Venezuela Soufflé (S$22.00) which came with vanilla, strawberries and chocolate ice cream. 🍨
Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely return to celebrate the next big occasion.
It’s simply delicious. The orange is so juicy.... the sorbet is just nice and the custard .... I just love the ending
This seafood pasta is super yummy, although the description states linguine but looks like spaghetti... this pasta is one of the best I have tasted so far... it’s the sauce that is so flavorful and we finish up the whole plate with big satisfaction
Besides the classic Nordic dishes, the buffet also showcases a variety of the finest produce flown in exclusively from Iceland, Finland and Norway.

The Sunday Champagne Brunch (~$148 per adult for free flow champagne) is a great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon, with Taittinger Brut as the bubbly of choice here. Highlights were the self-service caviar bar, and a really fragrant yuzu cheesecake that got us going for a second slice even after stuffing ourselves with buffet mains.
