Pretty pricey but at least it’s fresh. Doing my bit to support local business. Cute idea of rotating bakers. They shld help the bakers brand more

Founded by Ian Ferdinand Chong, a chef-turned-home baker, Marymount Bakehouse specialises in all things sourdough.

Items available during their residency include:
- House Sourdough Loaf
- Four Cheese Focaccia with Scotch Egg
- Pomme de Terre Focaccia
- Sourdough Crusted Potato
- Apple Rhubarb Tart
- Morning Rice Banana Tart
- Bacon & Kangaroo Stroganoff
- Shepherd’s Pie (The MMBH Way)

My fav will be The Pomme de Terre Focaccia. Focaccia with roasted potatoes and black truffle, topped with burnt leek cream and rosemary.

Available in the menu during that period will be Pomedochi’s mochi pebbles and a range of artisanal tarts, made from scratch with premium ingredients. For a refreshing bite, there is the Lemon Yuzu Meringue Tart ($9) that brings a sweet-tangy flavour combination with a base of lemon frangipane and lemon curd topped yuzu meringue swirl, yuzu jelly dots and candied yuzu. The Pistachio Raspberry Tart ($9) is another crowd favourite has the layers of nutty pistachio cremeux, sweet raspberry coulis jelly, pistachio Chantilly and finished with crushed pistachio and raspberries.

There are also the bittersweet Araguani Moonlight Tart ($9), that contains a filling of Valrhona 72% Araguani dark chocolate ganache and Noel ($9), a white chocolate Christmas fantasy with pomegranate jelly and yogurt cream cheese.

💛 Lemon Tea Meringue Tart ($8.50): my favourite! A refreshing treat with tangy lemon curd topped with pillowy meringue ☁️, made unique with the addition of earthy Ceylon tea ganache 🫖.

💚 Matcha Yuzu Salted Caramel Tart ($8.50): one for the matcha fans! Love how the slight tang of yuzu, sweetness of salted caramel 🧇 & azuki beans ❤️ as well as the bitterness of the molten matcha filling 🍵 come together with yuzu salted caramel.
