They have just opened at MBFC, and they're serving premium ingredients (for eg, sashimi grade scallops) at prices similar to other hotpot places. My favorite has to be their wagyu beef and prawn balls (it's real prawn meat rolled into balls).
🔸
They've 4 choices of soup - Mala, collagen with cod fish bone, tomato soup, and herbal soup. I chose the Mala, which was fragrant without being too spicy or numbing, and the collagen cod fish bone soup which was sweet and creamy.
🔸
They also serve cooked food, and I absolutely love their Iberico char siew and their roast duck. It's also near where I work. So I'll definitely be coming back again.

Essentially the love child from a secret tryst between Char Restaurant's legendary, honey-sweet, wobble-fatty char siew and a more traditional one prepared by one of them surly and burly singlet-wearing uncles from Old Airport Road Food Centre. 4/5
BB Hotpot (BB 锅) has just opened at MBFC, and they're serving premium ingredients (for eg, sashimi grade scallops) at prices similar to other hotpot places. My favorite has to be their wagyu beef (pictured) and prawn balls (it's actually real prawn meat rolled into balls, so it's translucent, pictured above the prawns).
