One of my favourite stalls to patronise - extremely worth it for the quality and quantity of pork ribs given
Usually pair it with the ngoh hiang dishes located at the same stall
Fragrant broth was wonderful and appetising. Pork ribs was fall off the bone tender as well. And of course, prawns were exceptionally fresh

Highly recommended!

One of the top 3 prawn noodles in Singapore without a doubt.Ordered the dry version with pork ribs, the prawns were of good size and were incredibly fresh. The star of this dish is the robust prawn stock, no superlatives can describe the rich taste! It comes with unlimited soup refill as well.

First time and no regrets! Wonderful broth that has that sweet umami and not too thick making you wanna slurp it all down. The noodles were well done with sweet-savory chilli and fried shallots and prawns were fresh and of good size. $6 for the smallest size. Thumbs up!

Skip the ngoh hiang items which were overly floury and bland although almost everyone there orders it.

Think thick, rich broth that you know have been boiled for hours together with juicy prawns and succulent pork ribs - and many would think of the Beach Road Prawn Mee found along East Coast Road. I never fail to leave this gem disappointed, always going back for the Prawn Mee with Pork Ribs (smallest at $6.80), dry and soup available.

Complemented with fried ngoh hiong, be sure to grab some crispy prawn “crackers” as you slurp on those noodles!

And I dare call this “fast food” because with their efficient operations, waiting time for the noodle and ngoh hiong never passes a 15 minute wait after ordering.

Quick tip - go around 2-3pm, I personally feel that the broth is the richest then. Oh, and they’re closed on Tuesdays!

Beach Road Prawn Noodles really does not disappoint. Noodles were not over cooked, big prawns were bigger than I remembered. Soup was rich but because of the portion, not overwhelming. Even the bean sprouts had a very clean taste.

There’s a slight difference to the soupy and dry version. Personally prefer the dry version because for the soup, the lard was also added directly to the soup, so it felt more oily.

Order the Ngoh Hiang too! Queue looks long but it goes rather efficiently.
