Last dish from my Brio series! Lol. Creamy carbonara served with turkey bacon, edamame and leeks. Nothing new except for the tempura crisps giving a good textural bite

Overall a decent place with reasonable pricing :)

Only appreciated it post-reheat, as we were already so full!

Thick beef ragout with mushroom toppings and generous parmesan shavings. Tying all these together is their flavourful basil pesto

Enjoyed the dish but nothing specially notable

Very rich tomato and seafood taste from this risotto. Rice were cooked to perfection and not mushy at all. Served with some fresh and plump shrimps and topped with, yet again, my favorite greens - rockets lol

*Can’t seem to find the exact risotto that they served to us that time from the menu now, as this doesn’t have scallops nor edamame

Brio was a random find after getting quite lost in Jurong Point (West takes a lot of getting used to 🙃)

Ordered quite a bit not knowing their servings were huge!

Had this Funghi pizza topped with portobello and button mushrooms, truffle puree, egg and rocket. Truffle is very evident from the smell, though not too overpowering when eaten. Earthy and savoury taste complimented by the slightly bitter rocket leaves

A classic combination with blue cheese, caramelised onions and truffle mayo. The key flavour here is blue cheese which if you love, you loooove. Served with a side of fries, this burger is super delicious though a bit heavy if you have a smaller appetite.

If you are looking for some modern European foods in Jurong Point, Brio is where you can head over to.

They offer set lunch everyday which you can top up for soup of the day and drink, with an order of a main dish.

Featured a zesty and tangy Thai-inspired basil tomato sauce, together with well cooked grill salmon.

Rich n good carrot cake w caramel drizzled on top w ice cream. Not too sweet as overall as well ☺️

I love ox tail for the meat and flavour. Preparation of ox tail requires slow cooking for hours. With a decent mash potato and ox tail sauce to go with.

The mushroom soup $3.50++ was as tasty as always. The salmon Thai linguine $12.50++ was very flavorful! Love the texture of the linguine.

Moderately priced pasta, pizza, burger joint that’s been around at JP for the longest time. The seafood linguine was ok but mind you-it is VERY prawny, almost like prawn soup 🦐 My only grime is that the seafood wasn’t very fresh but there wasn’t much other things to try at JP.. If I’m there next time will try their burgers instead!

The melted choco is really nice! Have to say I lava this cake haha

This sweet, creamy brûlée with vanilla is cream is the best for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The duck meat is really tender. Still it has a lot of fats though, if you’re a bit conscious on your diet. Still, the maple syrup is sweet and goes well with the waffle. Waffle is soft and warm.

“Complimentary Soup of the Day: Cream of Tomato” (Weekday Set Lunch)⁣⁣ This soup started off to be really tangy and acidic but after a few mouthfuls, the savouriness seeps in and blends together. It has a good harmony of flavours and was a wonderful appetizer that left me feeling hungrier for more.⁣⁣

“Calamari” Tapas [$7.50] ⁣⁣
Fried Squid Rings, Chilled Pomodoro Dip⁣⁣
A simple savoury tasting calamari done right. Brio’s side of calamaris are like cutting through butter and really helps your stomach get going to enjoy your other courses.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
“Confit of Duck” Entrée [$13.80] (Weekday Set Lunch)⁣⁣
Duck Confit served with Orange Reduction, Potato Puree & Arugula⁣⁣
The star of the dish – Duck Confit had a beautiful crisp skin produced from being cooked in its fats. The presentation of this dish is on point. Digging in, obviously the flavors did not disappoint. The Duck was rich and fall off the bone tender. Each bite was full of the duck’s fragrance and fatty flavors. Paired together with the Orange Reduction, this dish stays tasty throughout and doesn’t ever get gelat. Together with this, there is the Potato Puree and Arugula. To be honest, those two sides are just normal to me. But, it does make this dish more complete and more filling. If I come back here, I will definitely order this again. Afterall, it has great value, good flavours and a beautiful look.⁣⁣

“Oxtail Bourguignonne” Entrée [$17.80]⁣⁣
Oxtail Stewed with Vegetables, Side of Mash Potato⁣⁣
Having eaten many oxtail stews from home cooked to from restaurants, I can certainly say that while Brio's oxtail isn't the best, it's far from the worst. The strongest point of the oxtail bourguignonne is definitely its rich thick gravy which coats the meat perfectly. Everything taste better with good gravy and that's probably the reason why I order everytime I eat at Brio. As for the actual ox tail meat on the other hand, it's a little too tough and some parts of the tail has a bit of a beef jerky taste too me. A longer cooking time would be required to get that near fall off the bone texture. Overall still a tasty dish worth trying! -Foodie🖖🏻 & Foodier✌🏻

One of my favourite restaurants 😘❤
I've yet to find the dishes that I don't like on their menu.

Good attempt at the recreation of London’s The Frenchie burger but found the brioche burger a bit too dry and flat. Cheese wasn’t enough and duck confit (which was a little on the dry side) could be improved on. $15.80.
