I ❤️ P.H. It’s May Day! [Part II]

This rojak stall attracts a long, snaking queue so be prepared to wait but it’s definitely worth the effort!

I have been patronising this stall since my secondary school days. And even till this day, this is the place I would go to, whenever I’m craving for Rojak!
The crunchy You Char Kway a.k.a. Chinese fried dough and [add-on] thin, crispy cod fish cracker, lightly tossed with the savoury shrimp paste a.k.a. ‘Hei Gor’ is delectably yummy.

Bonus point: I also 🧡 the fact that the stall owners are always smiley and friendly to the customers, when taking orders at the stall. 👍🏻

According to me. ✌🏼 Something about the way it tastes just can't be replicated in any other food. Almost like a savoury dessert which secret can only be understood by other Singaporeans alike. 😋😋

To my suprised this rojak is formed snake queue i decided to have it a try. Usually Rojak Stall only have basic is normal cuttlefish. This one is power serve different type of fish. I heard say the stall owner uses premium prawn paste for their rojak. So it is so special i decided to order the order adding the dried sole fish which they so call 丁鱼。
The Rojak is filled with Thickness of the Hae Gor paste 虾酱膏. The Rojak is Shiok to the max definitely will be back again

The pineapple slices, cucumber so juicy n crunchy, 3.50 + 1.50 cuttlefish satisfy my appetite today.

Brothers Rojak ($3 + $1.50 add on for cuttlefish) boast the longest queue I ever seen for Rojak and it sure didn't disappoint. 😋 👍

This dish is best eaten on the spot as everything is hot from the grill. You'll get the nice smell of burnt edge of all ingredients. Yummy yummy yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2015 December 17
