This is the best out of the 3 courses. There is a layer of cream outside. The coconut flakes were fragnant. The gula melaka is not too sweet. When you cut the cake, you can see the gula melaka flowing. Would recommend to try this.

The portion is abit small. I guess it follows the fine dining standard. There is bacon bits mixed in it. Abit bland but since portion is small, it doesnt get too jelat.

This is part of the 3-course meal. I find that the soup portion is abit small. Nothing extraordinary, just tasted like mushroom soup. At least it doesnt taste like campbell.

𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐚 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐟𝐮 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 (4.5⭐️; $14) - Favourite and most memorable dish with creamy and silky homemade tofu paired with century eggs, salmon roe, and flavourful garlic & bonito flakes

Thai tea white chocolate (4⭐️; $7) - personal favourite with aromatic tea
Golden hazelnut profiteroles (3.5 ⭐️; $9) - interesting tart with mini choux in a buttery pastry. Found them to be quite separate and the choux more chocolatey than nutty.
Ondeh ondeh gateaux (3⭐️; $7) - nice flavours and not too sweet but found it on the creamier side and wished for more textural contrast

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝟑 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐚 (4⭐️; $21) - Unique take on a local classic dish with chewy sweet potato noodles tossed in Laksa gravy and hae bee hiam. Served with grilled tiger prawns and squid and soft seafood tofu. Mildly spicy and rich in umami flavours.
