The matcha is not hot and totally not worth the price

Waffles looked floppy on first glance but this was due to the many chunks of mochi within. Buttery taste and crisp at the edges, this was surprisingly good. Would appreciate a little more more of the syrup though. On the other hand, the Lavender Hojicha ie cream was underwhelming with too little of either flavours. Further, it leaned more towards an icy texture.

Signature Mochi Ice Cream (Samurai Blue Sea Salt)

Always wanted to try the mochi waffles here, and I must say that it's definitely different compared to other shops that does it!

The mochi waffles ($8.50) were really soft and floppy, which is different from the other ice cream shops that do it crispy. However, you do get alot of mochi in each waffle, giving it a satisfying chewiness that was still inviting! The rich taste of butter is definitely strong in this one. Doughy waffle lovers will definitely enjoy this!

Their gelatos ($8.50 for double scoop) were pretty decent as well. Both the Matcha and Houjicha flavours were not too sweet and I could taste the tea flavours well. However, I do prefer their Houjicha more, as the earthy notes were much stronger.

Definitely a dessert choice when you are in Suntec City!

($5.50) + Mochi Skin ($1) but then mochi skin was really that thick texture and quite chew thru tbh. but their ice cream really melted quite fast after a while. I don't wanted to try it with mochi skin again but then for another flavour (Lavendar Hojicha) instead. Uji Matcha just got milky and creamy texture and also quite sweet (not that bitter taste).

The mochi ice cream was $6.50. Mochi was highly chewy, ice cream very fragrant and not too sweet.

It was a pleasant experience pulling the mochi and having fun with it while eating. First time encounter with a mochi ice cream but a very good one.

No ice sampling was allowed though.

Many of the items were sold out when we got there about 715pm, and they closes at 730pm instead. So do plan your itinerary well to avoid disappointment.

Seating places were also limited too.
