Creating this festive treat is by no means an easy feat as the Yule Hee Hoo is made from a hazelnut chocolate praline base with a velvety pistachio cream cheese mousse paired with chocolate cream cheese and a fruity raspberry ruby centre for that tangy sensation. To balance the flavours, the logcake is finished with bittersweet matcha green tea sponge crumbles and a miniature reindeer topper. This indulgent treat has all the flavour experiences of sweet, nutty, and tangy all in a single bite.

The Yule Hee Hoo logcake is available for ordering now on the link below or you can visit any one of their twelve retail outlets island-wide to purchase today. From now to 19 December, enjoy up to 30% off the Yule Hee Hoo when you order from the retail outlets or online store.

It's festive game strong 🎄 with this Yule Hee Hoo! ($68.90)!  Comprising of everything I love in one cake, this has got to be my favourite cake from them to-date! ❤
.
It features a fluffy hazelnut chocolate praline base 🍰 with a velvety pistachio cream cheese mousse 💚, enveloping a luscious chocolate cream cheese 🍫 & fruity raspberry ruby centre 💗, then coated in aromatic & bittersweet matcha green tea sponge crumbles 🍵! The tangy raspberry centre cuts the overall sweetness & the rich nuttiness 🥜 of the pistachio mousse won me over! 💯
.
Decorated with an adorable miniature reindeer topper 🦌 & edible chocolates 🍫, this will surely win praises on the party table! 🥳

We reckon Cat & The Fiddle is one of the best spots for cheesecakes in town. First created by award-winning pastry chef Daniel Tay, this spot now boasts several outlets across the island with an impressive selection of gourmet cheesecakes (almost 20!), ranging from faithful classic to more Asian and local-inspired creations.

This is a Chinese inspired cheesecake, named after Emperor Xuanzong, the seventh emperor of the Tang dynasty, who ordered his soldiers to transport lychees without rest to the Lady Yang Guifei (her favourite fruit) as a statement of his love and affection.

This concoction of rich cream cheese, ladyfingers / sponge fingers, lychees, raspberries, and rose petals, over a graham cracker base, has an airy soft texture and enticing floral fruity sweet flavour. Like a dream.

This is an Indonesian inspired cheesecake, made with rich cream cheese, butter sponge cake, whipped cream, and 3 servings of martabak cheese, over a graham cracker base.
.
With a fluffy soft texture and bold savoury cheesy sweet grainy flavour, this triple fromage dessert is so magical and decadent.

felt that the apples in the apple crumble cheesecake were too sour and the slices too small for the price.

but i really liked the cheesecake as its classic self! tried the mao shan wang cheesecake too and thought the same.
