PSA TAKE NOTE banana breads come out at 730am and 1030am strictly or later, and sells out somewhat quickly?(because a lot of people buy a lot...) Buns come out at 1130

Overhyped. What did you expect? Not sure why a cult following developed to the point where people are buying back as middleman and others are taking away piles of it, but it's too much and expectedly no simple banana cake should deserve this much attention

That's not to say it's not worth queueing tho, after all, the queue moves quickly. The texture is pretty soft and honestly it's somewhat rich as well, quite unique. Depending on your preference this might not be your favourite but there's no shortcomings at all.

Tbh it's quite ulu u need to grab here, it's not like it's damn near the checkpoint.

Milk Original cube coffee (RM17.60)
Of course, you have to order this drink if it's your first time at Bev C Cafe, right? No? Well I wanted to, even though I am not a very milky person. I enjoyed it at first because I poured the milk little by little into the glass, & the coffee taste was strong to my liking.

The Best Banana Cake (RM10)
Hiap Joo Banana Cake was freshly made and piping hot when I first got it 🍌 Banana cake was soft, moist and not too crumbly! One thing that I really liked was that the cake wasn’t too oily and buttery, but moist enough to not get tough to eat!

A great tasting mocha ice blended with alot of chocolate for RM14.90

I will forever buy cakes exclusively from Qi bakery, the cakes are adorable but the ingredients used are either high quality or the baker is a master at making these pieces of art taste SO GOOD!

Beef Krawpow and rice : RM11
Sate Paru : RM3.50 per stick
Americano : RM8

Not a bad place to dine in the middle of the city

For RM22.80 it seems pretty pricey, but I guess it's alright, considering that the coffee is nitrogen chilled and void of any harsh bitter undertones.

What better way to start your day than with a good old fry up and cold brew coffee.

The supreme breakfast set here costs RM28 and you get two lengthy slices of bacon, 2 sausages, scrambled eggs, sautΓ©ed mushrooms, two slices for toast, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and either potatoes or pumpkin.

I went with the pumpkin, overall this supreme breakfast has items that compliment each other, the bacon and sausages hold the main flavour, while everything else provides texture. That being said I wish they had drizzled a bit of olive oil and rock salt on that baby pumpkin slice, it was a little too bland for my liking.

The cold brew (RM10) here is superb, mellow and smooth, not too bitter but entirely coffee. I can't tell what beans were used because the flavour profile, as I mentioned, is mellow.

This place is recommended, albeit slightly pricey, I would say it's worth it.

(ABC, if you're reading this, maybe season the pumpkin a bit, I will be returning soon)

Pretty tasty croissant, all plant based so there's definitely no butter, and I can't even tell the difference.
The set comes with soup of the day (it was mushroom today, and it's creamy and filling), coffee (I went with Americano and can say that the brew was not the best I've had, but it's certainly better than most places), and a cookie, which was kind of like a chocolate chip cookie, but it was red and tasted really good!

This Christmas only menu from SDS is really something!
Crispy skinned grilled salmon with a soft and tender inside, which is surprisingly not dry! The taste of the fish only boosted with a hint of salt. The sides also compliment this meal even more, the mash potatoes and tomato gravy are just delectable, slightly tangy it really makes you appreciate the salmon.

Hot mocha topped with mint leaves, a special beverage for this Christmas at all SDS Bakery & Cafe outlets. If you love coffee and chocolate, this one should be in the list! I love the mint scent while sipping the hot mocha, it only priced at RM9.90++ for add-on to Christmas meal here or RM12.90 for a-la carte.
