Quite pricey for the ingredient eventho the portion is big. If only they can have more meatball and squids. Overall it’s not bad. Moo-ping is delicious too.

Pen this Korean joint down for fun, yummy AND affordable Korean barbecue dinners with the gang. Begin with Set C (RM87) that is perfect for three to four hungry people. Look forward to excellent quality meats like the soy sauce lamb, pork belly and grilled chicken. For cuts worth splurging on, the U.S Angus Beef Premium Rib Eye (RM75) and Pork Ribs Marinated in Special Soy (RM31) are worth an additional order. Cap off the meal with a bottle of Soju (RM29) to share.

The kimchi pancake here is quite worth trying, slightly thicker pancake but filled with squid, shrimps and loads of kimchi. I like it when the pancake edge is slightly crispy. RM36 per serving.

Friday evening dilemma, when every restaurants here are packed during dinner time. Remember to call ahead whenever you wish to dine here. We gave up waiting on the first time as we were requested to wait for an hour. This time round we manage to sit in but they nearly missed our bookings.

The server here recommended us to try the beef rib fingers with garlic marinate. The beef “fingers” are from a special dicing technique, where each piece comes with decent amount of marbling on the meat. Carefully selected by the chef and well marinated beef ribs. I’m surprise that it was of a local source beef. They tasted similar to some USDA beef, juicy and fatty. RM55 per 150g.

New Thai restaurant in Sunway Geo. Lunch sets here are quite affordable for less than RM15 with a drink of choice. Som Tam was okay, a bit on the spicier side.

Now they have steamboat with Kimchi, miso crab, and clear broth we can pick from!

Here’s a fun spot for dinner with your foodie friends. A new venture from the owners of Apple Samgyupsal and Shinmapo, this barbecue joint sees a focus on the versatile chicken. Come for the Famous Chuncheon Chicken (from RM59) prepared in four different marinades, like Honey Butter and Ganjang. To try several flavours, order the Signature Tasting Set (RM269) that's good to feed four. If you've still got tummy space, get the addictive Fire Ramyeon (RM39) and the Fist Rice (rice balls with seaweed flakes and chicken, RM29) to share. The perfect ending to that meaty meal? Their light and creamy Charcoal Burnt Cheese Cake (RM12).
