This dish is so pretentious for a result that’s only ok, and a price that is well beyond its quality. Don’t let mediocre chefs play with superior ingredients - what a waste!
Because caviar is expensive, a meal built around it ends up not very satisfying. We paid S$170 per pax (with wine but without dessert) for a good, but not overwhelming lunch of small plates. Two of the three caviars in the $88 tasting dish are not the best. Service is friendly but not proactive. We will not come back.

𝘾𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙖𝙧 had an exciting new lunch menu. When we visited, the vibes there were cosy and chill - a contrast to the luscious metal tubs of fresh caviar which sat in front of us. Overall, the lunch tasting menu by Caviar was decent, but had nothing to shout about. With its fair share of hits and misses, we felt that one flaw was actually the lack of caviar. Perhaps a small little scoop would have sufficed - just for a taste! Nevertheless, we appreciated the effort that Caviar made in creating new flavours and bringing new items to the menu.
