Found this new stall at this Food Loft coffee shop at AMK that serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Interestingly all the pho options are available in either the original or spicy version. And you can go with ala carte, or set with a piece of summer roll.
The signature pho beef combo is definitely tasty for the soup. Comes with different parts of beef such as the meatball, sliced beef and beef shank.
Again it's alright, the baguette was crispy but way too much bite, pork was fried to finish
It's alright, it's fried to finish not grilled so that's abit annoying
There's actl quite a lot of things inside, from tripe, beef balls to beef slices and lightly braised beef(thick cut, not chunks), all cooked decently
Pretty worth it and definitely the heartier option, recommended at this price
Beef slices were sliced very thinly and passably tender. At this price it's a steal. Their stuff rivals Viet restaurants at a third of the price
Broth was quite strong, one of the few places I guess w ckn broth stronger than beef
