Common Grill by COLLIN'S® (Woodlands)

Think they recently updated their menu so it’s now one main with 3 sides (inclusive of both sides and carbs).

I’ve always preferred their pork (esp the pork belly and ribs) but this time round I thought I’d try their salmon. It was ok, would have preferred it to be less dry actually. For the sides, I went with sweet potato fries (must get!) , mushroom ragout (new side) and good old mashed potato which you can’t go wrong with! I tried their garlic aioli sauce (also new) and it was a pleasant surprise :)

The Mixed Grill platter ($14.90) is seriously a steal for protien lovers. With generous portion and wallet-friendly price, highly recommended for people who are staying in the North. The mixed grilled platter has Grilled Pork Chop, Chicken Chop, Bratswurt Sausage, Aglio Olio Pasta and grilled corn. I really love how well-marinated and charred the meat are. Do you know Collins have 3 restaurants and 15 coffeeshop stalls? They even offer home delivery via Deliveroo!

The portion is huge yet affordable. This was about $10+ and a 40 cents top up to switch corn to potato salad. I would say it's average - spaghetti was too soft for me, chicken chop was slightly dry but taste was quite good! Heard from a friend another outlet he tried was better.
