Didn't think it would be so impressive based on the reviews but wow this was actually very good. The miso soup was very inviting despite me being a tonkotsu lover and the veggies/minced meat renders a myriad of textures in every bite.

Also the chili is the bomb. If you're a spice lover the $1 add on of chili is a must have. Two kinds of chili, a chili oil and a homemade chili paste I presume

Tbh q underwhelming. The crab was watery and seems like it's just taken out of a freezer. The meat crumbles and was stringy.

😉 The Japanese version of Chinese lamian, these yellow egg noodles are drowned in a pool of piping hot chicken & vegetable stock broth, topped with a thick slice of pork belly charsu, ahjitama, bamboo shoots, seaweed and leeks. The broth was one that felt homely, comforting, lightly salted. The pork belly charsu was tender, meaty and flavourful with a thin outer layer of fats that provided a soft, creamy melt-in-the-mouth texture. Eggs were well, my essentials in ramen that can't be missed, though the ones here are just average and decent. On the downside, I wasn't a fan of these thin yellow noodles that had a lingering floury and peculiar aftertaste. Would personally prefer buckwheat soba or ramen noodles anytime over this! .

Known for their miso ramen and definitely didnt disappoint. Really strong flavours. They dont play around with the heat tho. The spicy paste was made of minced chilis and was fiery. Couldnt even finish half of the provided chili paste despite being a spice lover, so i asked to dabao the rest of the chili paste. Better to ask for it on the side so u can adjust the heat of the soup to ur liking

Also, this was the first time I never finished a bowl of #ramen. It was good, but the soup was a little thick for my liking and it became too rich as the slurps went.
