just had my dinner with my boss and fiance here in poulet. i ordered this Oxtail de Bourguignon because my boss told me to try this one. The meat is so tender and i finished this meal on my own..i felt all the guilt inside me while eating all the meat and fats..yay!
The meat and fats (yes fats!) were delightfully soft and the red wine sauce added some depth to this beef dish as well! The boyfriend loved it!
