At the price of $3.50, the plentiful portion is especially satisfying.
Handmade noodles and the homey broth make the bowl of noodles especially hearty and welcoming. Comes with a runny egg, fresh veggies and a cooked-through, yet tender minced pork.
The amazing service by the Aunty who owns the store sure is the ikan bilis on top of the banmian! Truly a bowl of goodness that feels like it just came out of your grandma's pot.

More ban Mian madness this week. Here at Bedok Interchange lies an extremely popular Ban Mian store, with its signature yellow bowl. Found the soup to be a little bland initially, but the flavours started to come out after letting the bowl sit for a while. The texture of the noodles was soft, perhaps slightly too soft for me towards the end. Not the most satisfying bowl out there, but definitely one of the better ones.
