Assorted Pizza (Medium)

$24.00 · 16 Reviews

Crispy golden seafood ($12)
Burrata, parma ham, rucola ($19). Located near Hillview MRT, iO Italian Osteria is known for its authentic Italian food and cozy atmosphere. Surrounded by ambient shelves of aged wine and geared with copper utensils, you dine on wooden tables and heavy clay plates. And the food? Stunning. |

The few times I've been here, I've managed to try a few of their dishes and was never disappointed. The fried seafood (pictured) had a thin layer of batter and fresh seafood within. As for the burrata, it's milky mildness blended well with the salty parma ham. I recommend their assorted pizza ($9-29) and lasagna "grandma" style ($18) as well. |

What you definitely cannot miss out on is their pistachio tiramisu ($14)! The rounded taste of the pistachio leaves such a heavenly aftertaste in your mouth. I don't care how full you are after all that Italian fare -- make room for dessert! |

Come here for celebrations or just to drown yourself in comfort food. ®️: 9/10

$32. Choose 4 different flavours. Missing one as the last one is baking.
Back - Pork Belly & Bluecheese
Middle - Four Cheeses
Front - Cooked Ham and Mozzarella Cheese
Super yummy! Not exactly thin crust. Quite filling.

I only like thin crust pizzas so this is really the first thick crust pizza that I love!

1. Finally tried @ioosteriasg after wanting to visit for the longest time. Assorted pizza (medium) [$24++], from left to right: Garlic and chilli, pepperoni, zucchini and bacon, margherita.
2. I wish the servers had told us how much more the gluten-free pasta would cost ($8++ if you need to know) and how big the small/medium/large pizzas were.. I asked about the latter and the waitress just said the small is one pizza cut into four 😂 Not very helpful honestly, she could have told us the portion size or that we could see how big the pizzas were based on the display at the front. The medium size is for sharing (among maybe three or more people), please don’t order it for one person to eat, it’s way too much. I learnt it the hard way 😂
3. The restaurant is very pretty with lots of natural light.

2. A hand to pizza ratio to show you how large the medium-sized pizza is. Tucked secretly in the central-west.
💫 Mixed Seafood and Fish Platter ($28)
💫 Assorted pizzas (large) - pepperoni, mushroom and sausage, margherita. ($29)
💫 Prawn Taglioni ($22) - chockful of prawn flavour within the pasta 💫 Angus Beef Carpaccio ($16) - thin slices of raw beef drizzled in olive oil and topped with rocket. Sounds squeamish? But oh it’s great, particularly for steak lovers.

Throwback to part of birthday day dinner with the family on 30th. A little poignant now that the festive holiday season and my fav month is over. Looking forward to the next gathering already - let these be the fuel till the next #herpenandfork #sgblogger #sgfoodie #ioitalianosteria #8dayseat #burpple #vscofood #openricesg #cafehoppingsg #instafood #instafood_sg #onthetable #stfoodtrending #italian

Made an impromptu visit for some casual, homey Italian grub. Food was served very quickly and generally pretty good!

We ordered:
- Porchetta (love it, crackling was crispy and the pork was tender with just enough fat)
- Fresh burrata with parma ham, tomatoes and arugula (love it, the burrata was so creamy)
- Stuffed Roman Schiaccata (love the truffle creamy goodness)
- Assorted pizza (ok but I would pass this next time)
- Mixed Ragout (beef and lamb) with homemade gnocchi (very saucy, loads of chunky tender meat, love it)
- Pistachio tiramisu (love this!)

Will I return?
Yes.

The price point is definitely friendly on the wallet. Great place to take the family or gather with a group of friends so that you can order more dishes to share.

Total bill of the above including 2 coffees:
$150 (we ordered small servings)
