Number One

With that name, probably the signature. Beef patty, crescenza, prelibato gorgonzola, caramelised onion, bacon, arugula, thousand island. The ingredients came together very well, which is not something I can always say about burgers.

Woah super juicy and tasty and the cheez & caramelised onions were on point as well!! Onion rings were oily but crispy n well-seasoned. V affordable n worth it for a top quality burger esp w the $14 lunch set damn!! Milkshakes kinda sweet tho abit too sweet for me :โ€™) oh PSA Erm donโ€™t get the number 4 (tuna patty) tho haha not v nice tbh ๐Ÿคญ

Many people recommended their burger and today I got the chance to try them on my staycation at Hotel G.

I see many people go for their number one, and I totally agree with the taste. This burger comes with the beef patty, topped with caramelised onions, crescenza, prelibato gorgonzola, bacon, arugula and thousand island.

Not the best but definitely one of the better burgers in Singapore.
If youโ€™re here to get burgers, go for it. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
If youโ€™re here for the atmosphere, then nope. ๐Ÿ‘Ž
Perhaps if the vibes of the place could be checked, the overall experience wouldโ€™ve been better.

A very well balanced burger that wasnโ€™t overly Jelat. The buns were quite different from most burger places weโ€™ve been to.
Twas more pillowy, chewy and definitely more buttery! LOVE IT!๐Ÿ˜‹

Lifelong @25degrees fan, but my virgin ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐˜„๐—ผ ($15 โ€” $12.75 with @foodpandasg pickup). This was an overload of flavours from burrata, pesto and prosciutto

I enjoyed the coherent mixture of umami profiles, bolstered by textural interplay from the gooey cheese, juicy medium-rare patty and prosciutto crisp.

A touch of tomato twang was present but didn't cut through the saltiness as much as I would have liked. Still pretty decent burger, but my heart is still with their number one!

The beef patty is so juicy! The burgers here r huge and affordable. I will return for this ๐Ÿ˜‰

Originating from Los Angeles, popular burger joint @25degreesinsingapore is bound to leave an impression by bringing their scrumptious burger flavours from the west! Serving on their permanent menu are beef burgers number one to three ($14 each) which include the classic favourite, and a yellowfin tuna burger number four ($14) for non-beef diners.
Catch the seasonal burger number five ($18), my favourite of all, which is only available till the end of February before they present the next seasonal burger for March and April! So satisfied with the tender beef patty and a touch of smokiness from the pastrami that has Swiss cheese melted over. Good glorious messiness from the huge stack of meat, cheese, onion rings and thousand island sauce that I certainly wouldnโ€™t mind!
Thank you @burpple for the invite and @25degreesinsingapore for the hosting!

Number One to Five Burgers ($14 ea)
@25DegreesinSingapore is a popular American casual burger and drinks joint that opened up 2 branches in SEA, one of them in Singapore. Everything on the menu is designed to be an ease to order hence the burgers are simply numbered. Number One to Four are your staple all time favourites while No 5 is on constant rotation (swipe right for the 5 burgers appearing in chronological order). The popular pick for the night went to Number One for its true-to-burger smokiness. The patty was done just nice while the bacon and gorgonzola sought to secure its spot as the hot favourite. I personally enjoyed Number Two quite a bit with much of the burgerโ€™s juiciness coming from the roasted tomatoes, burrata, pesto. The Number 5 definitely pulled its weight as it was probably the thickest burger with crispy onion rings loaded to seduce diners to order it. Do note that Number 5 is only available till end of this month before they come up with the next creation.
Overall, the ambience here was a thumbs up with its very casual and chic semi-alfresco setting while still enjoying the air-conditioning. A perfect place to wind down the week at.

Housed in the Hotel G Singapore, 25 Degrees Singapore has four burgers in their permanent menu, aptly named Number One to Number Four. Out of the quadruple, my favourite has got to be their best-seller, the Number One, which is made up of a stack of beef patty, caramelized onions, crescenze, prelibato gorgonzola, bacon, argula and thousand island dressing. Things could get a little messy as the huge stack will ultimately leave a mess but eating it with your hands is the best way to enjoy this fully. Everything that you would want in a burger is in this Number One, from the onions and argula to give it certain freshness, to the cheese and bacon to give it the umami savoury touch.
For a limited time till the end of February, thereโ€™s the seasonal burger Number Five, which is a well-loved classic back home. This beef burger tower is layered with a beef patty, slices of pastrami, Swiss Cheese and onion rings.

The same premium beef patty made from chopped sirloin is sandwiched between two fluffy buns and complemented by caramelized onions, crescenza, prelibato gorgonzola, bacon, arugula, and thousand island dressing. The two different types of cheeses in this burger meld into each other to create a creamy, melty and salty bonding agent that holds the loose ingredients all together, with the caramelized onions providing a chargrilled sweetness, the bacon contributing to a smokey, fatty, and salty bite, the arugula refreshing the palate with its peppery evergreen freshness, and the thousand island sauce supplying its distinctive sweet, tangy and creamy combination of flavors.
