This dish, crafted by Chef de Cuisine Howard Howard Leong, is a fantastic mix of flavours. The meat is light red with a mild gamey taste, complements the barley risotto.

And revel in festive splendour with quintessential Christmas favourites at EGDE from 12 Nov 2018! Be spoilt for choices with as many as seven live stations plus indulge in the stunning display of Christmas sweets like Christmas Pudding and Vanilla Spice Rum entremet.

My go-to find at every buffet! Dig deep in for the heated fluffy portions, then layer it with the top sections filled w fruity bits and nuts. Thereafter douse it in vanilla sauce !!! Soooo sinfully good

Beautiful Cabernet Wine Poached Pigeon just until rosy wine seals in the delectable flavour and it’s succulent. 😋 It is also served with Parmigiano and Chestnut Barley Risotto. This dish is crafted by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong. .
