Parents, take the kids down to Turf Club Road for affordable Thai food accompanied by a brightly coloured playground. While the children play, parents can feast on the delish Thai plates such as the fragrant Pad Thai ($9.50), the not-too-spicy Tom Yum ($9.50) that comes with a choice of chicken, seafood or prawn. For the kids, spot the tiny smiley face on the menu beside items like the Sweet and Sour Fish ($16.50), Chicken Noodles Soup ($9.50) and Pineapple Rice ($9.50).

Omelette without the usual French beans but with finely chopped kailan. A refreshing take on the omelette, went really well with the chili and a great dish to go with rice! Will wanna order this interesting dish again.

I wasn’t feeling too hungry after a day of snacking so chose to go with the Herb Salad ($12.50) as my main course. It was just what I needed. The crispy peanuts, chopped fresh lime, onions, chilis and dried shrimp in a sweet sauce was appetising. A spoonful of this concoction topped with roasted shredded coconut is then wrapped in heart-shaped leaves.

$8.50++ weekday set lunch which includes the main course, 3 spring rolls and a drink. Great for a fuss-free weekday lunch as the service was quick and efficient. Pad Thai was towards the sweeter side but the fried spring rolls were crunchy, and juicy on the inside. Not the greatest Pad Thai but was nonetheless an enjoyable wallet-friendly meal.

It was DELICIOUS!! I think I was very hungry and the girlfriend (@jac_sng) was having withdrawal symptoms after too many days in Japan. 😁

We were passing by on the way to Bonheur Patisserie and decided to try this for dinner. We ordered small portions for all dishes and they were good for three. Surprisingly, the one that was most memorable for me was the vegetables! The oyster sauce and garlic were extremely fragrant. The basil scent for the chicken was strong but I felt the sauce was slightly watery. I would prefer the tom yum to be spicier.
