The white carrot cake got hint of chilli , while the black one not too sweet.

Really liked the hidden pork lard that brought surprising crunches since it's very difficult to spot at a glance

Good balance of sweet and savoury, there's a bit of wok hei, but could do with a little more body. Overall not bad at all

The fried carrot cakes came with a generous amount of cai poh and minced garlic. The white version has a fiery chili sauce mix added to it, while the black carrot cake was sweet and savoury.
