𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐤 (3.5 ⭐️; $12.90) - Well-marinated flavourful and succulent pork paired with fried rice, enhanced by their fragrant chili. The rice itself was quite average but enjoyed the texture of fluffy and firm pearl rice.

𝐋𝐮 𝐫𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐚𝐧 (4 ⭐️; $9.50) - Classic order at Taiwanese restaurants and enjoyed their savory and hearty version. The pork belly was on the fattier side which allowed for tender, melt-in-the-mouth bites. Did wish for a tad more sauce to be drizzled onto the rice for added flavour. Paired with sweetened crunchy cucumber, yummy braised egg, and preserved vegetables.

I ordered Lu rou fan for him.
The LRF meat is tender and not too fatty, quite tasty. Served with egg and preserved veggie.
Portion not too big, which is good for my dad.

My fav go-to place for braised pork rice in SG. Have tried most of their food here and they are really tasty!

first time trying this dish and it was unexpectedly good! really liked how crispy the skin was and it wasn’t too oily. paired well with the sweet chilli sauce it was served with!

have to get guan miao noodles whenever there’s an option for it 😌 chewy and springy with a firm bite! initially thought there was too little chilli but when mixed in, it was enough to coat every strand and still packed a punch. had the right balance of vinegary and spicy flavours 😋 the dumplings were not bad too though the skin could be slighly thinner
