I ‘stole’ someone else’s order for a quick photo snap 🤪

Newly opened fluffstack at Suntec City basement claims to serve the fluffiest pancakes and so here we came. Indeed the most ‘airy’, lightest & eggy pancakes I ever had. So ‘airy’ that it kinda dissolved & disappeared in my mouth! So ‘eggy’ that I felt like eating 鸡蛋糕 instead of pancake 🤣 Try it yourself! You either love it or hate it 😉

I was so looking forward to try this thinking that the pancakes were infused with my favorite oolong. Boy I was so wrong & disappointed. The airy eggy pancakes were the usual standard ones but was served with oolong creme anglaise that was rather light tasting by the side. Gula melaka boba was ok, soft & not too sweet. And that misleading ice-cream look alike was actually creme cheese although I would prefer ‘real’ ice-cream. Overall not enticing for a re-visit. Another add-on to my 1-time list 😉

Accented in gold finishings with blush pink walls, this cute cafe is perfect for a girls' night out. Come for their deliciously soft, eggy and moist Oolong Soufflé Pancakes ($9.80). If you prefer something sweeter, the Classic soufflé pancakes ($8.80) should do the trick with honey butter, maple syrup and chantilly cream.

Count me in 😉 TLDR; worth the money, portion’s spot-on, I really have nothing bad to say about them. Popped by @fluffstack a couple of nights back, and was really pleased to find 0 queue (but a decent number of tables filled so that didn’t result in a sense of dread) and a menu that’s crazy affordable! The basic double-stacked soufflé pancake goes for $8.80 with chantilly cream, maple syrup and honey butter, with the option for add-ons starting from $0.80 (coconut sago). We tasted the original pancakes as well as the Oolong Boba Soufflé Pancakes ($9.80), and I gotta say I fell head over heels in love. Texture is amazing, pancakes were really light, fluffy, and still moist; flavour was great as well without an overwhelming egginess some of their counterparts may have; and really the portion is just right. I could down one of these all on my own which is great, cause it doesn’t make me feel I’m always wasting money on instagrammable food I can’t finish 🙄 Do note though that while there may not be a crazy queue, each pancake’s still carefully and painstakingly made so you gotta be prepared to wait 15 minutes or so for you order.

Tried strawberry and earl grey boba, both were good and super fluffy although the wait was 15min despite there not being any others in line. Prefer belle Ville as it is more eggy but this is great!
