Tender and most pieces were of great texture, but can't rlly taste the fermented beancurd. Expected given it's at orchard but still abit disappointing

It's just a normal savoury braised pork trotter

It's decent lah but ah er is known to be good so this wasn't their most stellar bowl. For this price this is expected quality, if it were 5bucks I would be quite impressed. Ingredients were pretty generous though

Squid was ok, salted egg bittergourd wasn't that good because it was cold. The sambal kangkong which was recommended was not bad even tho it's cold, but the stunner was the mutton curry. Tender and deeply flavourful, great recommendation from the staff.

Overall quite pricey but really big portion, just follow their recommendations

The braised sauce drizzled on the rice was lip smacking. Scrambled egg was not bad too, abit oily.

Garlicky chili had a tang and goes very well with the delicious mess and the ckn was tender and toothsome too. Quite light and not very salty but I can't quite figure why I like it more than I expected haha

🍜Chicken Cutlet Noodles Set with Vege and Soup (S$6.50). Value for money especially in Orchard Road. The egg noodles were al dante, and the chicken cutlet was surprisingly really good. Served hot, crispy and tasty! Recommend 👍
