I ordered with pulled pork without pico de gallo so it is uncolorful. I was able to take the mild spiciness. Other ingredients include black beans, rice, cheese and chips. The rice wasnt a big portion. I think the flavors complement each other well. I love the chips the best.
Their food is pretty good, had no problems with it. The only comment is it took 30 mins for them to make the food to go, and they didn't text me, so I had to come over and ask if my order is ready.
goes without saying that my first review is of chicken quesadillas. got the plus version which comes with more filling because i'm a hungry child who loves quesadillas. not the best quesas i've had in sg, but one of the more accessible ones and it satisfies my occasional quesa cravings 😌 nonetheless they're good and tasty!
This up and coming place makes a quick bite around CBD area convenient without skimping on the quality and taste. I managed to try a few hard shell tacos on promotion and I was amazed at the quality. The place also sells other Mexican inspired dishes like burritos, quesadillas, nachos, etc. Other plus points include the friendly staff and fast service.
Only GYG branch that opens at 8am for breakfast! There's scrambled eggs, burritos and nachos. And best of all, common man latte for only $2!
I hardly ever purchase from Guzman, so it’s always surprises me by how good the food is. There are a plethora of choices between their burritos, tacos and salads - and best part is that it is fully customisable! This burrito bowl was a great pick-me-up on a dreary work day - loved the tender cajun chicken pieces, and the avocado & tomato salsa hidden within. Only downside was that the cheese had hardened and the nachos were soft, so best not to wait too long before eating!

Tried both the grilled chicken and roasted beef burrito bowl and were just awesome. $10.90 for burrito bowl, add on $2 for guacamole. Great quality Mexican food at affordable price!
Always generous with their portions, and a pretty decent Mexican food place. Steak was a tad over done today, but rest was great. I asked for less rice, still, it was so filling I actually left some rice behind. ($13.90 for this because I added guacamole)
A well-wrapped burrito has good portion of rice, beans and meat along it's entire length, and doesn't fall apart when you're eating it (unless it's a superrrr burrito). GYG had A+ quality food prep even in the busy lunch hour. Taste good too. Me gusta 😍
pretty good! $10.90 (add on $2 for the #guacomole) for this #burrito bowl. Last minute decision to come out and brave the rain just to have lunch with ex colleagues. And it was crowded everywhere in Tanjong Pagar so decided to eat here as the queue moves pretty quickly. #fastandeasy
Gave the hard tacos a try this time round and they never failed to impress. The chicken was juicy, tender and well flavoured. There were so much salsa sauce and I was surprised my tacos didn’t turn soggy and became soft. Any meals here can turn real messy easily with the ingredients falling everywhere, so I advice you not to wear white. 😂

This spicy chicken tacos were okay. I wouldn't come back for it though. This place is a Tex-Mexican joint that is not my cup of tea.
After living in usa for 4 years, we were craving for chipotle Mexican style bowls. We had the rice bowl as well has 2 tacos. We were pleasantly surprised! Not as generous as chipotle, but everything was delish. The tacos were generous with meat, except the pulled pork was a little dry and the shells were too drenched in salsa water which made it very soggy, but still fab. The rice bowl made us so happy, a decent replacement for chipotle we were so happy to find an affordable place to fill our Mexican fix!
