Not sure if they still have this on the menu but the Curry Sando was pretty decent. I liked the soft fluffy texture of the Hokkaido milk bun thatβs toasted just right. There was a nice curry spread, though it seemed slightly sweet and tangy also. Topped up for tater tots and it was worth it. Pretty decent coffee here too! Going there on a weekend would definitely mean some crowd and noise.

48hr marinated shrimp paste har cheong gai chicken, crunchy cucumber, japanese milk bread
Was really excited for this bc it was their signature sando but sadly it was such a disappointment. The wagyu was so hard to bite through and each bite was tedious as the meat was so chewy that I gave up eating this after a few bites.
Sandwiched between the soft japanese milk brioche was a thick slab of luncheon meat & creamy scrambled eggs. The salty and savory notes from the luncheon meat really complemented the creamy texture of the eggs. A great combination of flavours! π
First time to Hello Arigato and instead of ordering their popular Tamago Sando, we went for the Joo Chiat outlet exclusive HCG Sando and oh boy, this was amazing from every bite. You will first be hit by the savoury notes from the 48-hour marinated shrimp paste chicken before the creamy mayo and crunchy cucumbers help to cut through the richness. Everything in this sando works harmoniously, down to the sweetness from the Japanese milk bread.
The sandos were perfect especially the Har Cheong Gai (top right)as it was juicy and piping hot when it arrived. The other sandos (teriyaki chicken - top left and tamago - bottom) were great too! Food arrived shortly after ordering and the ambience was great.
