Exceedingly creamy, rich and flavourful.
Not too spicy, positively one of the best current chicken noodle in town.

Opted for extra portions of moist and tender boneless chicken, companied with chunky potatoes together with taupok, taugeh (beansprouts) and slices of fish cakes, absolutely irresistable!!

Curry Chicken Bee Hoon (S$5)

The curry chicken noodle was served in piping hot curry that is light in flavour. Compared to the thick and rich curry we used to have, this is more watery and lighter in texture that reminds me of laksa gravy. The curry here is also not/mild spicy but you can add more sambal chilli if needed. They are also very generous with their portion but I wonder where are the potatoes when I see others having it in their bowls 》$4/small

This was below my expectations as I prefer a thicker curry gravy and there was something in their chilli that didn't suit my taste buds. Nonetheless, I see a consistent amount of customers ordering from them so it is probably just me who doesn't appreciate this.

Quite a popular eat here at bedok interchange.

The chicken was fresh, soft and tender.

Curry was quite thick and flavourful.

With a generous portion, the store often has long queues during the weekends. At times, they delivered and at other times, they fell short of the stick. As with most hawker stores, the quality tends to be inconsistent. I realised that it is often not worth queuing for whenever there’s a long queue as they tend to underperform. I recommend buying their noodles during the off-peak hours to be able to truly enjoy this budget meal. (S$4.00) But for the sake of reviewing, let’s review this at its best performance. The curry has the infused aroma of coconut milk and is only mildly spicy. The thickness of the broth is less savoury than I would prefer but a decent attempt, nonetheless. The store is generous in its portion: tender chicken breast, potatoes, tau pok (dried beancurd) and bean sprouts. The curry did not pack a strong flavourful punch but it was reasonable for its price and portion.

A decent satay bee hoon but may be inconsistent at times. The sauce is not very concentrated and has a strong peanut taste. I like how I can change the cockles to chicken breast for free.

Definitely not the best but it is a convenient go-to for cravings.

Best to try it during off-peak hours.
