Itβs a very small place and as the name says, a drinking place. Surprisingly their food is great as well. Definitely a must try for the soup with Niu Er Hong. You be surprise that the alcohol actually brought out the flavours of the soup. Xiao long bao was too much whiskey to my liking. Fried fish snack was crispy and fresh. Their cab fried rice, prawn & garlic glass noodles and seafood hor fun were flavourful - thumbs up ππ»! Will definitely recommend this place for food. Drink wise could not comment since we were dining with kids. And the place do have baby chairs and cutlery.

Dilmah teas are made from 100% Ceylon tea(unless it's like chamomile where they source from Egypt). Which means it has a more robust and stronger flavour compared to other teas. It is best when brewed at 3 mins ( or 5 mins for a stronger flavour) and drank at 65 degrees Celsius.

Teas have just enough caffeine to wake you up without leaving you jittery. βΊοΈ (which reminds me of the v first expt that I did 8 yrs ago, extracting caffeine out of tea and quantifying it ππ) π΄
Thank you @burpple for the invitation, @foodcultpr for organizing and @dilmahsg for teaching us more abt tea!!

A tea-rrific day of quali-tea teas with beau-tea-ful peopleβ¦ And I can just go on and on with tea related puns. Utterly impressed with the tea pairing sessions at todayβs exclusive Dilmah Trail, I have a new appreciation for teas and understanding of how to brew a good cup of tea.
Big thank you to Burpple for extending the invite, Food Cult PR for organising, DilmahSG and the participating eateries for the warm hospitality.
Learning how to brew a good cup of tea with @DilmahSG. π

Sad that the sake list has reduced but they have new items on their food menu. We have both enjoyed e Siew Mai with tobiko and seaweed ($10). Supple with bites of whole prawns. Love the textural bite πππ
