Dilmah teas are made from 100% Ceylon tea(unless it's like chamomile where they source from Egypt). Which means it has a more robust and stronger flavour compared to other teas. It is best when brewed at 3 mins ( or 5 mins for a stronger flavour) and drank at 65 degrees Celsius.

Teas have just enough caffeine to wake you up without leaving you jittery. ☺️ (which reminds me of the v first expt that I did 8 yrs ago, extracting caffeine out of tea and quantifying it 😂😂) 🍴

A tea-rrific day of quali-tea teas with beau-tea-ful people… And I can just go on and on with tea related puns. Utterly impressed with the tea pairing sessions at today’s exclusive Dilmah Trail, I have a new appreciation for teas and understanding of how to brew a good cup of tea.

Sad that the sake list has reduced but they have new items on their food menu. We have both enjoyed e Siew Mai with tobiko and seaweed ($10). Supple with bites of whole prawns. Love the textural bite 😍😍😍

Served with premium 女儿红 Nu Er Hong wine, Savour some of the broth before pouring the cup of wine into the soup. The flavour becomes more well-rounded after the wine is added. #love #yummy #foodporn
