In a relatively new establishment by Sim’s ngoh hiang - a family start up during the covid period.

They are famed for their ngoh hiangs as I see from social media but what really recalled wowed me was the fried shrimp bee Hoon and that wicked chilli. The bee Hoon was tasty but not salty , moist but not greasy. Not something that can be achieved easily without a master behind the wok. Feels like food from your mum’s kitchen.

Must must order that fried bee Hoon ! Amazing .
Best I have had .

Every bite of this bánh mi brings me back a little to my vacation trips to Vietnam and at $5.50 for the Traditional Vietnamese Bread, this value-for-money sandwich is definitely worth the stomach space. The fresh baguette has a crispy texture while the filling might not seem substantial in my photo, there’s actually quite a lot of ham slices inside. My only gripe would be that if they can add more of the pate and do chua (pickled carrots and radish), plus the option to add a fried egg, it would be the perfect sandwich.
