Finally tried the Truffle Ramen from @kanadaya.sg recently and I enjoyed it quite a bit! The truffle flavour went well with the tonkotsu broth with springy noodles, tender char shu, seaweed and ramen egg ๐Ÿ˜‹ the Kotteri Tonkotsu ramen has tonkotsu broth which is tasty, for those who enjoy rich flavours. They have sides to go with your ramen as well, we had the chicken karaage which was pretty good but I would have liked it more if it was more crispy. This is a good place for my ramen fix and even though my favourite is the yuzu ramen, these were yummy too!

Drizzle of home made wasabi mayonnaise. I was intimated at first but the wasabi gives a flavourful kick that is not too overpowering

Refreshing yuzu scent with a hint of spiciness, a Hong Kong Kanada-Ya original ramen.

A perfect blend between tonkotsu and chicken paitan, for ramen lover who enjoys a lighter tonkotsu broth.

For something more exciting, I also found their ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป ($24.90) tastefully executed with restrain, even if truffle is generally a worn-out trend. You get that earthy perfume but at a moderated dosage just to enliven the broth โ€” not overwhelming but with enough headiness to accentuate that potent base.

When @kanadaya.sg first landed in SG, their standing as No. 1 Ramen in London drew slews of people to queue for their iconic ๐—ง๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ธ๐—ผ๐˜๐˜€๐˜‚ ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป ($17.90). You can't go wrong with their robust broth โ€” comfortingly creamy and brimming with porky umami, it's definitely one of the better ones around.

An enjoyable ensemble of toppings and tender aburi chashu were just icing on the cake. As someone who thought they weren't worth the hype when they first arrived, I've actually been pleasantly surprised on all subsequent visits โ€” a pretty solid tonkotsu option nowadays.
