The fried rice have light wok hei, quite tasty, served with generous crab meat and tobiko and Lao gan ma chilli.
But I still prefer the XO fried rice with pork cutlet 😆.

totally get the hype over their fried rice after trying cos these were gooooood. for starters, the rice was lightly seasoned, fragrant and i loved the egginess that it carried!! the pork chop was frickin juicy, tender and flavourfuli daresay it’s better than the og from dtf :”) the mala one was also surprisingly good; the rice has a strong sichuan pepper taste and you could really taste the 麻 in every mouthful which made it v satisfying

their chilli also deserves a special mention. i wish it had a spicier kick but it’s no doubt extremely savoury and enhances the flavour of the rice 👌🏻👌🏻
